When many think of neon lights, certain cities come to mind. Among them is Las Vegas, Nevada, the gambling capital of the world. Mercy titled his latest single, “Neon Lights.” The single is the latest off the Prelud3 EP, which is due on December 26. If neon lights triggers memories of Las Vegas, Mercy had every right to feature Ali Vegas.
