MigosDue to the internet, many mixtape stars have had breakout mainstream success. But, the ones from Atlanta have proven to have staying power, such as Migos, the new rapping trio from the city. Two years ago, Migos broke out with “Versace” and didn’t look back.

Migos continued plugging away with their mixtapes and Drake co-sign, before having more mainstream success. The trio shed their one hit wonder status when “Fight Night” was released. Now, they have their debut album on the way via Atlantic Records.

With the success they are having, Migos haven’t forgotten where they come from. It took no hesitation for them to go to Washington High School in Atlanta to donate $1,000 to the school. They shared this moment on Instagram, along with QC label-mates, Johnny Cinco, Rich The Kid, and OG Maco, as they stood with the cheque they presented to the school.
