Few groups in hip hop history have enjoyed the levels of success that Salt-N-Pepa have. On top of their music success, they were among the first to do reality TV. These past few months have seen them get their just due.
Salt-N-Pepa were honored at the Grammys, this past weekend. Unlike most hip hop artists, Salt-N-Pepa have never had an album sell less than gold. Even now, they remain relevant, due to being on reality TV.
For their efforts, Salt-N-Pepa were honored with a Lifetime Achievement award, at the Grammys. There is a third member of Salt-N-Pepa, Spinderella, who spoke out, after being left out of the biopic. But, she was included, where it counts, showing her Lifetime Achievement award off, on her Instagram.
