Latto emerged as one of the biggest artists in hip-hop of 2020. Her 2019 single, “B*tch From Da Souf,” took off, especially the remix, featuring Saweetie and Trina. The Atlanta rapper went on to put out her debut studio album in December 2020, “Queen Of Da Souf.”
Latto also recently put out an interesting surprise, on Twitter, this weekend. A Twitter user said that women getting surgery don’t let their bodies settle in, and get more surgery done. They specifically said “Yall be fresh off the operating tables. Let them settle in.”
This was said in response to Latto’s performance at UPROAR Hip Hop Festival in Los Angeles. When she caught the user’s tweet, she revealed that she got her breasts done, five months ago. She didn’t appear phased by what was said by the Twitter user, though.
Latto also made headlines this year, by officially changing her stage name from “Mulatto,” to Latto. This is after many felt that her original stage name was a derogatory term, to biracial people.
