All of the attention has been going to the rappers in Los Angeles. Too many to count, they are all doing their thing out there. But, there is no need to overlook the Bay Area that held the West Coast down for the decade and a half, Los Angeles was M.I.A. Representing the new generation of Bay Area rappers is A-1 and he teamed up with Canadian producer/DJ, Ryan Hemsworth for a remake of Lana Del Rey’s “Summertime Sadness.” The San Francisco rapper to the track and spoke on the downsides to summer.
