Jay-Z and Beyonce took in the weekend in Cuba for their wedding anniversary. With everything they do receiving over the top media attention, the world jumped all over the story. A lot of people spoke out, including Stacey Dash. In response to all of this, Jay-Z recently returned with a track he calls “Open Letter.”
