In hip hop, it doesn’t get much bigger than Dr. Dre. For well over twenty years, Dr. Dre has been making classics, not just hits. Getting the Dr. Dre co-sign means everything for hip hop artists and Rick Ross gained a lot more clout when he got the doctor to come down to Miami. They made the classic “3 Kings” track alongside Jay-Z.
Dr. Dre stays in the news due to the mother of his son, Marcel, Michel’le, being a part of the TV One series, “R&B Divas: LA.” Currently, the reunion show is airing and there was a part when she spoke about her relationship with Dr. Dre. From the way she sounds, he made hits outside of music as well as inside of it.
During the reunion show that aired last night, Michel’le revealed Dr. Dre got physical with her and beat her several times. She said she stayed because she did not have the presence of a man in her life growing up. Through it all, Michel’le credits Dr. Dre beating her for making her stronger.
