Detroit hip hop is taking off, once again, and it’s fitting for Eminem to have a place in it. But, his place is no longer the only place, as guys like FowL now make up the Detroit scene. FowL has released several songs that were met with positive reviews and now he has decided to deliver his new mixtape, Surprise, which is self-explanatory.
