It has been ten years since the hip hop world was introduced to 50 Cent. Over the past decade, 50 Cent has portrayed himself as hip hop’s bully. Despite this bully-like image, those who have gotten to know 50 Cent say he is the complete opposite. At times, 50 Cent has shown this softer side.
Most recently, 50 Cent displayed this side of himself when he spoke on Frank Ocean, who recently admitted he was a bisexual. Frank Ocean enjoyed a nice debut run last summer. But, as he leaked tracks from his Channel Orange debut album, many of the lyrics were directed to a man, leading to questions from fans.
Frank Ocean did not let the rumors go on for long, as he revealed his first love was with a man. Over the past week and a half, many have discussed Frank Ocean, some showing support, others have not. 50 Cent spoke to MTV News UK and defended Frank Ocean. To those who have an issue with Frank, now that he is out, 50 Cent says they are “idiots.”
