As popular as A$AP Rocky is, he still faces an incredible amount of backlash for almost everything he does. One major thing A$AP Rocky did was get the hip hop world interested in Harlem again. But, it sounds as if even that is enough, as Juelz Santana said he does not properly represent Harlem.
While boasting drastically different styles, the A$AP Mob has received comparisons to the Diplomats and their movement. Though they are completely different, in terms of style, both come in an abundance of numbers out of Harlem. But, most look down on the Mob for their style and their sound.
Recently, A$AP Rocky stopped by Hot 93.7 in Connecticut. During this visit, he talked with Jenny Boom Boom. Juelz Santana’s comments were the topic of discussion and Rocky talked about how he felt about this. A$AP Rocky said he was shocked by the comments made by Juelz Santana and they talked days prior.
