The city of Baton Rouge is home to so much talent and there are so many rappers on the verge of blowing up. Sadly, a lot of them don’t get their chance to shine, because they either get killed or go to jail. It is cliche, but it’s also reality.
One name that was starting to turn heads was BLVD Quick. In fact, he just dropped his video for “Slept On,” with Fredo Bang, yesterday. It’s unfortunate, but that is the last music video the promising rapper will star in.
Last night, BLVD Quick was shot and killed at his apartment complex. A shooting took place and he fell victim, at 25 years old. Fans on Twitter have paid respects for the fallen star, with some hinting that NBA Youngboy had something to do with his death, which hasn’t been proven.
