In 2009, Bow Wow was ordered to pay $100,000 to a tour bus company in Tennessee. The company claimed Bow Wow did not pay his bill. When Bow Wow still did not pay the bill, the tour bus company filed another lawsuit in Georgia. For years, Bow Wow has resided in the Atlanta area and law enforcement in the area have been notified to immediately arrest Bow Wow if they see him.
When the tour bus company filed their lawsuit in Georgia, the judge ruled for Bow Wow to produce documents regarding the lawsuit. Because Bow Wow has yet to produce these documents, the tour bus company filed a motion to have Bow Wow arrested. In October, the judge asked for Bow Wow to be arrested and held until the documents were produced.
Bow Wow has been working on his Cash Money Records’ debut, Underrated, and has been promoting the album in recent months. With the story of the lawsuit making headlines, Bow Wow has yet to make an official statement about the situation.
