The phenomenon that swept the nation is “Empire” and it’s still dominating the game. Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson have successfully pulled off the roles of hip hop power couple. Meanwhile, Bryshere “Yazz” Gray, Jussie Smollett, and Trai Byers have rocked out.
Last season, Jussie Smollett was easily “Empire’s” breakout star. This season, Bryshere “Yazz” Gray has taken that role. Unlike last season, this season has seen Gray’s Hakeem being the son at odds with Lucious (Howard) and it’s brought some intense scenes.
Recently, Yazz spoke to Big Boy at Real 92.3 and he discussed the spring part of “Empire” season two. Currently, Hakeem has a lovesick stalker in Anika (Grace Gealey) on his hands. During the interview, Yazz also discussed the new mixtape he has in the works, as Hakeem is fake, Yazz is real.
