Nipsey Hussle’s murder continues to be mourned by hip-hop fans along with admirers of the late LA rappers’ efforts in the community. His alleged killer Eric Holder has since been arrested by LAPD and put in solitary confinement. His bond is $7 million.
Nipsey’s efforts in the Los Angeles community will continue to be honored. Democratic Rep. Karen Bass tweeted that she will be honoring Nipsey’s contributions to South Los Angeles on the House floor next week.
I will be heading to the House Floor next week to formally enter Nipsey Hussle’s contributions to South Los Angeles into the Congressional Record where it will be a part of United States history forever.

“Nipsey Hussle is going to be remembered by the community as someone who selflessly gave back and invested and enriched and cared,” said Bass to CNN. “He was always pushing for economic empowerment and entrepreneurship.”
His accomplishments will be placed into the Congressional Record and Bass said these will be part of United States history forever. Bass serves in the district of Los Angeles where Nipsey was murdered. He was shot by Holder in front of his The Marathon Clothing store on Slauson Avenue and Crenshaw Boulevard.
