Chief Keef and more conclude final day of Summer Smash

On Sunday, Lyrical Lemonade concluded their annual Summer Smash Festival, at SeatGeek Stadium, as Hip-HopVibe was on site. This was held in Ridgeview, IL throughout the weekend, which is right outside of Chicago. In the first two days of the festival, fans were treated to electric performances from Travis Scott and his Cactus Jack crew, Playboi Carti, Big Sean, Flo Milli, BIA, That Mexican OT, Famous Dex, and much more.

Furthermore, Sunday’s final day of Lyrical Lemonade Summer Smash were led by exciting sets from Anycia, Waka Flocka Flame, Ken Carson, JID, Lil Yachty, YG Marley, Lil B, and plenty others.

For the final performance of the weekend, the Chicago crowd was treated to an amazing show from the hometown superstar, Chief Keef. Moreover, this was also Keef’s first concert in the Chicago area, in over a decade. As a result, he went on to rock the stage with performances of hits such as “Faneto,” “Don’t Like,” “Earned It,” and much more. Keef even brought out fellow Chicago native G Herbo to perform as well.

Chief Keef’s Summer Smash set also comes as he’s dropped two projects already, in 2024. Those were “Dirty Nachos” with Mike WiLL Made-It, as well as “Almighty So 2.” Almighty So 2 served as the highly anticipated sequel to his 2013 mixtape.
