Chris Brown was back on the TMZ front page for allegedly stomping an eighteen year old fan in the head. Upon reading this, Chris Brown put a video out that explained this situation. The popular singer explained that he was in the club and with the owner, having a good time, but he got into an altercation with security, which was handled and he blasted TMZ for lying.
