Chris Brown says NBA Celebrity Game sponsors didn’t let him play
NBA All-Star Weekend is in full effect, as the events are being held in Indianapolis, Indiana, this year. Saturday night’s events feature the skills challenge, three-point challenge, dunk contest, as well as Stephen Curry facing Sabrina Ionescu of the New York Liberty, in a three-point challenge.
Meanwhile, Chris Brown is now calling out not being allowed to play in the celebrity game, that was held on Friday night. He took to his Instagram stories to show an email from the NBA, which asked him to play in the game.
However, Chris Brown went on to claim that the NBA backtracked on their desire to have him play in the celebrity game. He cited how sponsors such as Ruffles didn’t want him to play. Brown believes that his past mistakes are the reasons for this situation happening. But, the NBA attempted to still allow Chris Brown to sit court site at the game, but he turned down that opportunity.
