In many ways, the early 2010s in hip hop are starting to resemble the early 1990s in hip hop, as New York is enjoying a strong comeback. The birthplace of hip hop is home to many new stars, such as French Montana, RSNY, A$AP Rocky, Denzil Porter, and Cliff Po. Last week, Cliff Po, of Harlem, and Avarex sat down with TakeOvah Radio at Brooklyn College and discussed several topics.
Among the things discussed was Cliff Po’s history in the music industry, how he feels about the current artists, and the success of his “Trillz” music video. The footage was taken from Cliff Po’s upcoming documentary, Pursuing Honest Ambition.
