Several beefs originated from this past weekend. Most of these situations were violent and took place in Atlanta at the 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards. Fights took place between the likes of Rick Ross, Young Jeezy, and Gunplay, along with a few others. Even those who were not in Atlanta wound up getting into some confrontational situations.
Shyne recently released his Gangland mixtape, which features his new style. In the past, things have been said about Shyne’s new style. However, his latest mixtape caught the attention of the rising rapper from The Bronx, Coke Boy Brock. A member of the French Montana-led Coke Boys, he said the mixtape proved Shyne should never rap again, via Twitter.
Online at the same time, Shyne would refer to Coke Boy Brock as a “creep.” From there, things got nasty and the insults continued. The feud spilled over from being simply Coke Boy Brock and Shyne to several Coke Boys and members of Shyne’s Gangland camp. After saying Shyne has a “slick ass mouth,” Coke Boy Brock has officially launched the feud with the new track, “Shoot the Ceiling Up.”
