Ralo has been locked up since the end of April 2018 after feds supposedly found $1 million worth of weed on his private jet. Ralo has since claimed his innocence and has advocated for bills to be passed regarding criminal justice reform when it comes to marijuana. This all happened right after he had a hot start to 2018 with his “Diary of the Streets 3” project.

Ralo’s team has just posted an update on Instagram saying that the honorable court has scheduled a conference on his behalf to discuss a dismissal of his indictment. The properties of his that have been held are also supposed to be released this upcoming Friday. His team is asking for prayers as they’re looking for Ralo to be released by December.

Ralo’s charges need to be dropped. We see corporate America profiting off the marijuana industry while we see black men continue to be incarcerated for it. It’s becoming a billion dollar industry and while we see more dispensaries and shops open, anyone who’s been arrested for a non-violent crime regarding marijuana needs to be released ASAP, including Ralo. Everyone is ready for some new music from him as well. Hopefully Diary of the Streets 4 is a possibility when he gets home. During his incarceration, he released his “Conspiracy” album back in October of last year.
