Two years ago, Damon Dash returned to the public eye in a very big way. The Roc-A-Fella co-founder announced Kanye West was investing in his film production company. Immediately, he came with a series, starring Smoke DZA, “Too Honorable,” which was met positively.
Damon Dash had a lot of good things going on, but they ended up being overshadowed by his own antics. Primarily, his infamous interview on “The Breakfast Club” overshadowed his work. Now, it looks like his work is returning to the spotlight.
This afternoon, Damon Dash made a major announcement. His film partnership with Kanye West is still alive and well. Damon Dash announced Honor Up, his new movie coming soon, starring Stacey Dash and Cam’ron.
