In the 2007-2008 period, David and Tamela Mann rose to fame. The couple rose as “The Browns,” on Tyler Perry’s hit shows. Debuting in the movie, Meet The Browns, David actually played Tamela’s father, and this led to their sitcom of the same name.
David Mann was Mr. Brown and he became one of the most-popular members of Tyler Perry’s movement. In the end, “Meet The Browns” only lasted for two years. But, David and Tamela Mann became a household name, having their own BET reality series.
Last week, David Mann and Tamela Mann visited “The Breakfast Club,” to talk to DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God. They came to discuss their book, Us Against The World. This book details their entire relationship, romance, and history.
