The Spurs must’ve been reading my doggone Twitter feed. Finally, they play a game worth watching, because these Conference Finals have been straight up TRASH. That 44 point beatdown the Cavs put on the Celtics put poor Isaiah Thomas out of the playoffs for the next two games.
With Isaiah Thomas out, he joins Kawhi Leonard wearing street clothes while his teammates get legally assaulted. The Golden State Warriors are clear favorites to sweep San Antonio, still. This series has seen nothing but players get hurt.
As of press time, the Spurs are making a run, but they’re still down. Just minutes ago, though, David Lee went up and HE got hurt after he ran into Draymond Green on his way up. He joins Kawhi Leonard and Tony Parker as hurt players, but he’s the only one who used to play with the Warriors.
