For some odd reason, people like to judge people on how tough they are. However, the more things people are willing to do to prove themselves only show how willing they are to throw their lives away. No matter how tough a person is, nobody talks back to the judge. Furthermore, nobody ever physically confronts the judge. One Las Vegas man did all of that, in response to the judge sentencing him for his charge of attempted battery with substantial bodily harm.
Regardless of how tough a person is, nobody willingly goes to prison. A person commits a crime and hope they don’t get caught. However, when they do, the people usually end up accepting their fate. Every now and again, a person acts out in court. As a result, they end up adding time to their sentence. But this man took all of this to new heights. Instead of him just accepting his prison sentence, he likely made sure he’ll never be a free man.
Of all the things, this Las Vegas man was being sentenced to prison for attempted battery. In addition, there was a charge of substantial bodily harm. The judge was bringing forth her sentence and the defendant ended up flipping out. First, he called her a derogatory name. After that, he began charging at the woman. He wound up jumping over the podium and then lunged at the judge. The woman acted in fear, and tried to cower to get out of the man’s way.
