Safe to say, few people would’ve predicted this NBA season turning out the way it did. Surely, at this point, many suspected Derrick Rose would suffer some type of injury, which was correct. The rest, however, came as a big surprise.
The Chicago Bulls were thrown many obstacles and they took all of them in stride. Derrick Rose is the leader of the team, but has not played much since his MVP third season. Since then, the Bulls have struggled, but they have done well without him this season.
ESPN caught up with Derrick Rose and he explained his return from injury. After being out for most of the season, Derrick Rose plans to return before the playoffs begin. The Bulls are in good position, heading into the playoffs, and look to lock up the third seed in the East.
