Desiigner to register as sex offender exposing himself on plane
This past April, Desiigner got into a very unusual situation, during an overseas flight. He was flying back to the United States from Japan, as he suddenly exposed his penis in front of flight attendants. Furthermore, the Brooklyn rapper had to be monitored for the rest of the flight.
As a result, Desiigner went on to reveal that he went on to receive mental health treatment. Moreover, he was also sentenced in this case, on Thursday. Therefore, a judge ruled that he must now be registered as a sex offender, after Desiigner plead guilty to indecent exposure, per TMZ.
This also comes as Desiigner must be on probation for two years. Other conditions here include psychiatric evaluations and drug tests. In addition to these rules, the “Panda” rapper must also not possess any firearms and go perform 120 hours of community service. Desiigner reportedly initially claimed that he committed this act, after not having sex much, while overseas.
Desiigner initially soared to stardom in 2016, after his Panda single took off. It reached the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and Desiigner also went on to sign with Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music record label.
