One of the weirdest rumors to hit the internet this week was about Diddy shutting down Bad Boy Records after a strong resurgence. Over the past year, Diddy has given a lot of focus to his Revolt TV network, but he also added new artists to the roster at Bad Boy. French Montana and Machine Gun Kelly rep the label.
Despite the rumors about Diddy shutting down Bad Boy Records being confirmed as false, people kept talking about it. Recently, The L.O.X. talked to “The Breakfast Club” and they discussed the label shutting down. But, several people from the label have denied the label shutting down.
Until tonight, everybody except for the right person talked about Bad Boy Records shutting down. Diddy took to his Twitter earlier this evening and he explained what was going on at the label. As most should have known, Bad Boy Records is not shutting down, they are celebrating their twentieth anniversary this year.
