If there ever was a king of New York debate and the discussion centered around potential leaders, Lloyd Banks and Fabolous would take up most of the discussion. Last summer, 50 Cent famously shamed Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo for their lack of ambition. Both responded with dropping mixtapes, leaving Fif unimpressed.
Lloyd Banks made major plans last summer and he announced he and DJ Drama were getting together for a mixtape series. All or Nothing was the name of the mixtape series and Failure’s No Option is the name of the first mixtape in the series. After waiting all year, the mixtape looks like it may finally be coming.
The “Drop A Diamond” single with Raekwon was released this week and it has done fairly well. DJ Drama has kept himself busy with some other projects, notably Nipsey Hussle’s popular Crenshaw tape. But, DJ Drama went on Instagram and revealed a release date of October 31 for Lloyd Banks’ F.N.O.
