Kim Scott, who married Eminem in 1999, split in 2001, and remarried in 2006, was recently hospitalized after a suicide attempt, according to TMZ. Police arrived at her home, in Michigan, on July 30. This was after receiving a phone call about a suicidal person.
Scott was reportedly “so combative” with emergency workers, that deputies had to restrain her. It got to a point where paramedics couldn’t check ver vitals. Scott is said to have cut herself, as the lacerations were visible on the back of her leg, which left plenty of blood on her floor.
When Scott was transferred to a local hospital, she received a medical and psychological evaluation. At this point, she is back at her home, and recovering from her injuries. At this point, it’s unknown if additional treatment will be needed. Scott and Eminem ended up having one child together, Hailie Jade.
