Erica Mena fired from “Love & Hip-Hop” after using racial slur
This past week has been going completely downhill for Erica Mena. First, she was involved in a huge brawl at an Atlanta lounge that included fellow “Love & Hip-Hop” cast members Bambi Richardson and Zellswag. A reported dispute between patrons and security guards is said to have occurred, as those patrons were Erica, Bambi and Zell.
Mena was charged with assaulting a police officer, Zellswag is being charged for simple battery and obstruction, and Bambi was being charged with obstruction.
Meanwhile, Mena has also been catching heat for a recent episode of “Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta.” She called fellow cast member Spice a “monkey,” as it was used as a racial slur. As a result, the show has just announced on its social media feeds that Mena is no longer part of it.
Furthermore, Love & Hip-Hop added that Mena’s remarks will play out in the final three episodes of this season. Mena is now completing out of being in the show “effective immediately.” Meanwhile, Mena has yet to publicly comment on the altercation with Spice, nor being fired t Love & Hip-Hop.
