Just before the end of yesterday, Fat Joe and Remy Ma revealed big news. They landed the biggest feature possible for the remix of their comeback single, “All The Way Up.” Delivering a hit, twelve years after “Lean Back,” they landed the Jay Z feature.
Initially, everyone was wrapped up in Jay Z finally responding to the diss album, Lemonade, from Beyonce, his wife. But, after getting past the first verse, it’s clear a lot of shots were fired. In her verse, Remy Ma was talking all kinds of tough, in the words of Lucious Lyon (Terrence Howard).
Because of Remy Ma’s verse, fans believe there was someone she was targeting. There was once a time when hard lines were just hard lines, but now everything is a diss and some fans believed Remy Ma was going at Nicki Minaj.
