49ers cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon hasn’t been fairing too well early in the playoff game against the Minnesota Vikings. To be perfectly honest it was questioned whether he should get the start, given his late benching in last regular season game against the Seahawks. Well after a pass interference call, along with getting burnt on an under thrown touchdown pass for 41 yards on just the first drive, fans have already seen enough from Witherspoon.
The 49ers are also of this belief after benching him for Emmanuel Moseley. If that isn’t bad enough, fans on twitter are taking out their frustration roasting Witherspoon online. He’s been dubbed burnt toast as fans have been pulling up his receipts involving him being the weak link on the 49ers defense.
