One of the initial leading figures in New York hip hop’s overall comeback was Bronx native, Fred The Godson. Popular in the streets, Fred The Godson simply released singles and videos. His consistency led to Fred The Godson catching the attention of labels.
eOne Music signed Fred The Godson last summer and he began working on his official debut album. At the same time, Fred The Godson introduced the world to his team which runs with him, TBM (Talkin’ ‘Bout Money). Last summer, TBM released their single, “The Way I Live.”
Recently, Fred The Godson stopped by The Steph Lova Program to introduce the world to TBM. Over the past few months, Fred The Godson has done songs here and there with his crew. But, he has decided to officially introduce the team that includes Mr. Papers, the boyfriend of Lil’ Kim. This crew and record label have big things planned in 2013.
