In the 2011-2012 period, Future emerged as one of the biggest names in hip hop. A native of Atlanta, Future breathed new life into the city and his sound has influenced the culture down there. This year, Future really made moves to be one of the top artists in the game.
Future not only made his impact with the mixtapes, which began late in 2014, he dropped a new album. Revisiting his early mixtape days, Future released DS2, a sequel to Dirty Sprite in 2011. His new album dropped last month to strong numbers.
Not slowing down, Future is already back on the grind. The next project from Future is a sequel to his Beast Mode mixtape with Zaytoven on deck. This is something Zaytoven announced this weekend on his Instagram.
