From 2009 to the present, one thing Birdman has taught through Cash Money Records is that it is possible to get whatever the heart desires. When Birdman wants to sign an artist, he does whatever he can to get them. If all else fails, Birdman has no trouble signing the artist’s label to get them on the roster.
The way it seems, Future is the latest artist being scouted by Birdman and Slim for their label. Yes, Future is comfortable at Epic Records, but he is a part of Rocko’s camp and has his own Freebandz Gang. Easily, a deal could be reached that could allow for Future to join Cash Money if it were what anyone wanted.
Future was recently stopped for an interview at the 2013 BMI Awards. Here, he was questioned about his affiliation with Cash Money Records. During the interview, Future explained his work with Cash Money Records and his role in their future and his own music.
