Nothing comes easy in the NBA, not even posting the best record in league history. No doubt, the Golden State Warriors stepped their game up, but so did the Cleveland Cavaliers. Both teams improved their regular season play.
But, throughout the playoffs, the Golden State Warriors have struggled, mightily. After only playing in two series that went further than five games, last season, they are now playing back-to-back Game 7s. Last series, they overcame a 3-1 deficit and they have blown a 3-1 lead, now.
The icing on tonight’s game came when Steph Curry was called for his sixth foul. Fouled out of the game, Curry got angry and threw his mouthpiece, getting a technical foul and his first-ever ejection. Fans on Twitter are rejoicing over this, right now.
