Last night, Adele brought the house down at the Grammys. With her album, 25, she won Album of the Year. Also nominated was Beyonce with Lemonade, easily the fan favorite for Album of the Year, so Adele made a beautiful gesture.
In celebration of Beyonce, her legacy, and, likely, the fact that she is expecting, Adele dedicated her win to Beyonce. This is something the world of social media is giving her many props for doing. A lot of people had a lot to say about this.
Gary Owen, who is a well-known comedian, made the joke that Adele is officially invited to every black family BBQ. While it is nothing more than a joke, Black Twitter is really going in on this guy. But, do they really have a point, or are they just overreacting?
