Last season, even before LeBron James’ injury, the Los Angeles Lakers were a fringe playoff team, at best. Competition was just too stiff, so when LeBron went down, so did the Lakers’ playoff chances. The offseason saw LA retool, trading for Anthony Davis.
Immediately, LeBron and AD have formed one of the NBA’s most-dominant duos. Though the team has shown struggles against their roommates, Kawhi’s Clippers, and against the Bucks, they remain the top team out West. However, injuries are threatening that situation.
Already, Anthony Davis has missed a few games, due to injury. But, the injury he got, tonight, seems more serious than the others, as he hurt his tailbone. On Twitter, Hope AD began trending, and it’s all because the Lakers’ fans, along with fans, in general, hope Anthony Davis is going to be okay, and not miss more time.
