Suddenly, Washington, DC, the Capitol City is becoming another hub full of hip hop stars. The city, so far, has produced such talents as Wale, Rolls Royce Rizzy, and Fat Trel,along with many others. JD The Junior never can be left out of the discussion, as he is arguably the biggest underground Washington, DC artist.
JD The Junior teamed up with fellow DMV talents, DJ Junior and DJ Infamous for his latest mixtape offering. Dedicating the mixtape to the DMV area that produced him, currently JD The Junior is preparing for the official release of the mixtape. The name of the project is DMV (Dreams, Motivation, Victory).
Boasting two of the biggest DJs in the mixtape game, JD The Junior is gearing up for one of his career’s biggest releases. The project, until recently, has not had a release date. Earlier this week, JD The Junior announced December 31, New Year’s Eve, as the release date for DMV, via Twitter.
