Mainstream hip hop is just getting to know Juicy J, as he is a little over a year removed from “Bands a Make Her Dance.” Now, Juicy J is setting the stage for his upcoming album, Stay Trippy. With this, Juicy J finds himself being thrust into the spotlight.
Back in 2007, hip hop received a devastating loss when Pimp C died. Dying late in the year, hip hop has never gotten over the loss of the Southern legend and Bun B continues to press on as UGK. Now, there is a bit of good news for fans of Pimp C, he has one more project in the works.
Although he departed this world six years ago, Pimp C is returning with a new album with a very special producer. Juicy J recently made the announcement that he will be working on a new Pimp C album. Recently, he took to Twitter to make the official announcement.
