Love has not softened Kanye West in the slightest. With a little girl on the way, Kanye West has a decade before he has to fight the boys off. Apparently, he is keeping himself fit through his rants in Europe and his continuous fights with the media. Despite a strong year in 2012, Kanye West will not be coming home with MTV’s title.
Since 2007, MTV has held their annual “Hottest MCs in the Game” series. Kanye West ended up taking home the honor in 2008, but has not been able to reclaim the title since then. For his efforts with G.O.O.D. Music this year, Kanye West felt he deserved more than the sixth position, however.
Kanye West called DJ Enuff and he aired Sway Calloway out. A personality and producer for MTV, Sway Calloway maintains quite a bit of pull. Unlike many others in his position, Sway Calloway has managed to walk the thin line between hip hop and the media. But, he has pissed Kanye West off in a major way.
