A lot of other rappers have had success and have reached new heights. As great as their music has been, they almost feel like holdovers for Kanye West. When it is all said and done, Kanye West is the biggest rapper in the game and it is his music the fans will go out and buy.
Since returning in 2010, Kanye West has been present and active in the game, but something has been missing. It is almost like Kanye West has been active from a distance, which is the case with him living in Paris. Another reason it feels this way is because of Kanye West’s last two albums being joint projects.
Yeezus, however, is all Kanye West, with the exception of possible features. Recently, the album hit iTunes for sale and immediately was taken down. Kanye West’s team has now addressed Yeezus and when it will be available for purchase. There is no pre-order, so the album will be hitting stores on June 18.
