Over the past month, Kanye West has had two listening events for his “Donda” album, which still has yet to be released. The two listening events went down on July 22 and August 5, inside Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Features on the album have confirmed to be stars such as The Lox, Lil Baby, Jay Z, Pusha T, Roddy Ricch, Lil Durk, Dr. Dre, and more.
There has since been speculation of where the third Donda album listening event will be. This comes after Apple Music listed the new release date as August 22.
Now, there are talks of the third Donda event taking place in Kanye’s hometown of Chicago. This would be inside a stadium as well, which would be Soldier Field. This is the home of the NFL’s Chicago Bears and Chicago Fire FC.
A security guard at Soldier Field has since tweeted out that he found out they have an upcoming event listed as “major concert event.” He is confident that this is the Donda listening event, and that it will go down on August 26.
Check out the Donda Chicago album event, as explained by Soldier Field security, below.
I work for security at soldier field and we recently had an event added under “major concert event” and I’m very confident that it’s for Kanye’s listening party. If it’s true, then Kanye will be performing in Chicago at soldier field on the 26th⭐️🤞🏽 #DONDA pic.twitter.com/UgeOFiRIuX
