Everything surrounding Kobe Bryant, his daughter, Gianna, and their deaths is heartbreaking. When thinking of life, Kobe Bryant is one of the first people to come to mind. He is one of the youngest NBA retired legends and he did all that there was to do.
A twenty year veteran, at the age of 38, Kobe Bryant retired, and scored 60 points in his last game. Nobody could do it like Kobe and his daughter, Gianna, was following in his footsteps. With Kobe coaching the team, her goals were to make it to the WNBA.
Kobe Bryant and Gianna were hoping to push women’s basketball forward, and they have. It was this quest that led to their untimely deaths, on Sunday. But, there is one heartwarming story about what else they did that day, as reports say they went to church that morning, before getting on the helicopter.
