Lil Durk says he turned down $200,000 for post about weed brand
Lil Durk is one of the biggest artists in the industry, and has plenty of brands coming to him to collaborate. This was recently the case with a particular weed brand, as they wanted to pay Durk $200,000 to make a post on Instagram about them.
However, Durk revealed in his Instagram stories, that he wasn’t interested. He explained how he’d rather just promote his friend’s weed brand, instead.
“Turn $200k down for a weed post,” Durk said on his IG story. “I rather promote my brother weed first.”
Meanwhile, Durk is also getting ready to release a collaboration with J. Cole. He initially revealed plans for this collab last month, during an interview at Cole’s Dreamville Festival, in Raleigh, NC. The two also previewed the song on Instagram, on Tuesday. The video for it will also be included, as photos of Cole and Durk went viral from the shoot, as a group of children also surrounded them.
