Lil Marlo was reported to have been found dead last night as news spread all over social media early Sunday morning. Now, TMZ reports that the Quality Control Music rapper was shot in his hometown of Atlanta.
Police told TMZ that they received a call about a car accident but when they arrived, they realized that Marlo had been shot and killed. They believe that Marlo was shot while driving. They added that “the victim was the intended target of the gunfire and they are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting.”
Marlo has been a rising artist on the QC roster as he recently released his ‘1st & 3rd‘ mixtape this year. This fetaured 14 tracks with appearances by Young Dolph, Lil Baby, Gucci Mane, Blac Youngsta, Moneybagg Yo, Future, and Young Thug. He was very close with Baby as Baby is on the QC label as well.
