Lola Brooke and French Montana preview new collaboration
In 2023, Lola Brooke has been one of the hottest rising artists out of New York. This comes after her 2021 “Don’t Play With It” single with fellow Brooklyn native Billy B went viral in late 2022. As a result, Lola went on to sign with Arista Records, at the top of 2023. Furthermore, the Don’t Play With It remix with Latto and Yung Miami went on to be released in the spring.
Moreover, Lola has also since dropped even more hot singles, since the spring. These include “So Disrespectful,” “Just Relax,” as well as the latest “You,” featuring Bryson Tiller, which was released in September. In addition to these hits, Lola has graced the stage at festivals such as Rolling Loud Miami and the Hip-Hop 50 concert inside Yankee Stadium.
Meanwhile, Lola has even more heat on the way. On Monday night, she was seen shooting a video with fellow New Yorker French Montana, in his home town of The Bronx. It’s unclear what the title of this record is, but many of those in attendance at the video shoot loved the sounds that Lola and French brought.
