Fifteen years ago, Ludacris began what would become one of hip hop’s most-storied run. Emerging four years after Andre 3000 stated “the South’s got something to say,” Ludacris said it and then some. He was the first solo Atlanta rapper to win on such a major scale.
Winning is something Ludacris did a lot of, as he went from a humorous and controversial rapper to an A-list actor. But, music and acting is only one part of Ludacris. He went on to make his name in the business world, spearheading all kinds of campaigns.
Ludacris has kept his audience waiting for close to seven years on the official Ludaversal release. His album was constantly delayed and, in 2014, he revealed the album was coming early in 2015. With the March 31 release date around the corner, Ludacris has released two album covers on Instagram.
