Ludacris reveals unreleased version of Money Maker with Nelly
Tonight was another epic Verzuz battle as this time, we saw Ludacris and Nelly celebrate their classic records together on Instagram Live Viewers reminisced on the Flory days of the 2000s as Ludacris played hits such as “What’s Your Fantasy” featuring Shawnna and “Move B*tch” featuring I-20 and Mystikal. Nelly also dropped off his classics such as “Dilemma” featuring Kelly Rowland and “Grillz” featuring Paul Wall, Ali and Gipp.
One of the best moments of the evening was also when Luda played the unreleased version of his 2006 hit single, “Money Maker.” The original version featured Pharrell but this one had Nelly on the hook. Fans were impressed and called for this to be released on streaming platforms immediately.
Luda added that he wants to perform this song with Nelly as he wants to plan a tour together. Obviously, this would go down when it’s safe to do packed concerts after the current coronavirus pandemic starts to die down. Salute to both him and Nelly for putting on a great show tonight on IG live. These were epic moments for hip-hop.
