Back in the fall, Ab-Soul more or less said he would quit TDE if the media kept referring to Black Hippy as Kendrick Lamar’s group. It’s a hostile and competitive environment where TDE is concerned. Several times, ScHoolboy Q said his Oxymoron album would make people forget about good kid, m.A.A.d. city.
Mac Miller kept this competition going on Twitter yesterday morning. He made a tweet hyping up the recent iTunes preorder release of Oxymoron. Jumping right into the ongoing competition, Mac Miller tweeted “FUCK KENDRICK LAMAR ALBUM” as he posted his purchase of the major label ScHoolboy Q debut.
